New custom pools from Varsity Pools & Patios start at $75,000. Most of our projects, including the pool, spa, decking and outdoor living, run $100,000 to $150,000.
Why we publish our pricing
We would rather you know the range before we meet. Every Varsity pool is designed in 3D and built by our own crew, whether it is a $75,000 pool or a complete backyard. The size of the project changes. Our standard does not.
What moves the price
Size and shape. Larger pools and freeform shapes take more steel, gunite, tile and coping.
Edges and water features. Infinity and vanishing edges, water walls, sheer descents and fountains.
Spa. An attached spa with a spillover is one of the most popular additions.
Decking and hardscape. Travertine, flagstone or decorative concrete, and how much of it.
Outdoor living. Outdoor kitchens, fireplaces and fire pits, pergolas and patios.
Your site. Hill Country rock, slopes and access for equipment.
Finishes and equipment. Tile, plaster or pebble finishes, lighting and automation.
